Master healer and tsahìk of the Kame'tire clan, Anufi wears a prosthetic arm created by the wood shaper, Uniluk, after she damaged the limb in an accident making medicines. She has slipped away from the clan and finds it easier to relate to the dead and the ancestors.

Anufi is regal and charismatic, but over the years her voice has grown weak from the lack of speaking. In more lucid moments, her strong, commanding presence comes back, and she can cut people down with a word.
