The Western Frontier is on another continent of Pandora, across the moon from where the Omatikaya live. The RDA was drawn here by the wealth of natural resources. John Mercer is Executive Vice President of Frontier Operations in this region, with orders to gather materials and resources for RDA projects across Pandora. The Western Frontier is particularly rich in natural gases and fuels, making it a key location for the RDA.
