The fiercely independent tsahìk (shaman) of the Metkayina reef clan, Ronal provides spiritual support and leads all ceremonies for her clan. Outside of her tsahìk responsibilities, Ronal is also an expert hunter and warrior and will do what she must to protect her people. She is married to Tonowari, the olo’eyktan of the Metkayina, and has raised two children — Tsireya and Aonung — with a third on the way.
