I’m a Live Action Art Director but I have a lot of involvement in the TechVis / virtual planning on Avatar early on. I worked specifically on 'Spider Elements'. Art directing these movies is exciting! Very challenging and exciting. I've learned a lot and feel a great sense of achievement.

First job in film?
I was key standby props and have very fond memories of working with Sigourney and all her science-based props. At the end she gave me a copy of Alien with a handwritten note.
Best advice received working in film industry?
Every job is different. Be flexible.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I used to be an avid distance runner. My personal best half marathon time (21.1km) is 1hr 16mins.
