What's surprising about your job?
People tend to think of the VFX team as something that happens in an office, but, on Avatar, we're part of the process the whole way through.
Most memorable thing from seeing Avatar in theaters?
My favorite part is the final fight between Quaritch and Jake. Action scenes with both live and CG characters are always an impressive feat to behold.
Best advice received in the film industry?
"If you're offered a job you don't think you can pull off; tell the studio you're the man for the job and figure the rest out as you go."
First job in film?
Making 3D characters for an animated show by Rooster Teeth called Red vs. Blue.
