The Mangkwan quickly set up an adapted version of their home village on the tarmac of Bridgehead, much to the dismay of General Ardmore and the other RDA personnel. In the heart of human power on Pandora, the Mangkwan began rapidly integrating human technology and weapons into their culture — a symbol of power and strength afforded to them by the RDA. While the RDA awaited the execution of Jake, Bridgehead personnel were given strict orders to respect the autonomy of the Mangkwan and to avoid their flock of banshees, lest they become dinner.
