I am a Visual Effects Sequence Supervisor at Weta Digital. I guide the creative production of images and the technology required to produce them, while balancing the client's expectations and the budgeted resources. My challenge is making sure my team gets to be creative and stay motivated while working on schedule and within budget. My team matters to me so much because I've learned over the years that award winning visuals are created by collective genius, not a solo effort. My personal mantra is be friendly, collaborative, and always be open to ideas and critiques.
