Sturmbeest

The massive Sturmbeest are extremely social and can be found in herds. They are also territorial and will mass for attack against any would-be predator. When the predator is too large or in too many numbers, they will stampede, often breaking off into smaller packs for evasion These hefty, six-legged animals can weigh up to 1,984 lb (900 kg) and reach 23 ft (7 m) in height. Their eyesight is poor, but their other senses are extremely acute. They can smell a predator more than 2 miles (3 km) away.
